Miranda Wilson

Miranda Wilson (MARY) is best known for her roles on three US daytime shows: Days of Our Lives as Megan Hathaway DiMera, the Golden Girl daughter of Stephano DiMera. Capitol as Kate Wells. Santa Barbara as the physic Sandra Mills. Miranda moved to England with her two sons and dedicated herself to raising her children while still making the occasional acting appearance. Most notably; the Robbie Williams video Sin, Sin, Sin, a Little Britain Abroad Christmas special, and the CW show Life is Wild, a UK co-production on an animal safari reserve in South Africa. Now that her boy’s are grown Miranda is returning to her acting career with a passion. She has just completed a very successful theatrical run in London, in a new play, Whistleblower - the story of Edward Snowden in which she portrayed both the mother of Edward Snowden and the documentary filmmaker, Laura Poitras. Also, look for her in the film festival circuit next year in a short film entitled Beneath Water. Miranda is currently in discussion with the director of a new comedy for the stage in autumn 2014, in London.
